Shipping policy

Every ALL CAPS cap is made to order, so delivery happens in two stages: production, then transit.

1. Production time

Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your cap to be made before it's dispatched. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and can occasionally take longer during busy periods.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical UK delivery takes a further approximately 1–2 working days, via our delivery/carrier partners. This is also an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Working days

"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.

4. Delivery area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. This may be extended to other countries in future, and we'll update this policy if it is.

5. Shipping costs

UK delivery costs £2.99. Orders over £45 qualify for free UK delivery.

6. Order tracking

We provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

7. Delays

Occasionally, production or delivery can take longer than estimated — for example during high-demand periods, or due to circumstances outside our delivery/carrier partners' control. We'll let you know if we expect a significant delay.

8. Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimates above, contact us at hello@allcaps.uk and we'll look into it with our delivery/carrier partner.

9. Incorrect delivery details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly once it's been dispatched.
